Thank you for shopping at CellGlow Skincare. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Coverage We currently operate and ship exclusively within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your city/location.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. (Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be automatically applied at checkout).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all eligible locations across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready for the courier agent upon delivery.

  • Orders utilizing COD may require a quick phone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Changes

  • Couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel up to 2 times. Please ensure your delivery address, landmark, and contact number are accurate during checkout to avoid delivery delays or cancellations.

  • If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately before the parcel is dispatched.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please inspect the box upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact.brandify.dev@gmail.com with your order number and photo/video proof so we can assist you.
